Earlier this month, T-Mobile announced a new unlimited plan
that came with the caveat that speed and quality would get capped to prevent HD quality and hotspot speeds were cut significantly. Now, T-Mobile’s clarified some things, changed some speeds, and added a new, more confusing detail.
