Depending what part of the country you’re from, “fruit salad” may conjure up images of grapes and apples covered in a gloppy, white, yogurt-based sauce. Maybe there are marshmallows. But it doesn’t have to be this way. Fruit salads should be fresh, vibrant, and tasty, but some attention must be paid to the dressing.
