Comcast is launching a new technician tracker through its MyAccount app, which lets you keep an eye on where the Comcast technician that’s supposed to be at your house actually is. Waiting around for the cable guy to show up is a total pain in the butt and a huge waste of time. I never thought I’d say this, but thank you Comcast.
